For us, ecology extends beyond the natural environment. We use the term to describe the quality of human relationships and the social environments we create together.
An ecological approach to human relationships is based on respect for personal boundaries, attentiveness to others' emotional and psychological well-being, honesty, accountability, and a commitment to rejecting manipulation, discrimination, and violence.
This is why the word "Ecological" in our organization's name reflects our commitment to creating healthy social environments where people feel safe, heard, supported, and accepted.

Swedish Institute Mentorship

Our Executive Director has completed the Swedish Institute Leadership Programme 2025 and is currently participating in mentorship supported by the Swedish Institute, strengthening modern leadership practices and international collaboration within our organization.
