Psychological support group “how to build self-belief and find Inner support” took place in Kyiv

On 30 July 2026, another psychological support group was held as part of the Mentally.one project. The session focused on the theme “How to Build Self-Belief and Find Inner Support.”

During the meeting, participants explored what it means to develop a sense of inner support, accept themselves without the need to be strong or perfect, and discover strength in their own presence. Together with the psychologist, they discussed self-worth, inner resilience, and practical ways to build trust in themselves, even during difficult periods of life.

The practical part of the session combined mindfulness and creative exercises. Participants completed the art therapy activities “My Inner Home” and “Conversation with the Shadow,” worked through the exercise “12 Steps to Yourself,” took part in the group activity “Mirror of Support,” and shared personal reflections throughout the session. Each stage of the meeting was designed to help participants reconnect with their inner resources, deepen their self-understanding, and identify sources of support that remain available regardless of external circumstances.

These support groups help participants strengthen emotional resilience, promote psychological well-being, and create a safe environment where everyone can feel heard, accepted, and free to be themselves.

We sincerely thank all participants for their openness, trust, and mutual support. We look forward to seeing you at future Mentally.one support groups!
