Support Group Held on the Topic “Don’t Burn Out. An Honest Conversation About Fatigue, Studies, and Personal Resources”

On May 2, 2026, the Mentally.one team held an open psychological meeting titled “Don’t Burn Out: An Honest Conversation About Fatigue, Studies, and Personal Resources”, dedicated to the topic of emotional burnout among young people and students.

The meeting was facilitated by Vladyslav Kubariev, a practical psychologist, art therapist, author, Mentally.one specialist, and member of NGO “ECONET Ukraine”. Participants had the opportunity to discuss their experiences of fatigue, academic workload, stress, and exhaustion in a safe and supportive environment.

During the meeting, participants explored the signs of emotional burnout, the differences between ordinary fatigue, stress, and burnout, as well as the factors that can contribute to emotional exhaustion. Special attention was given to personal resources, self-support skills, and simple practices that help restore energy and maintain psychological resilience during challenging periods.

Participants not only received useful information but also had the opportunity to share their experiences, ask questions, and learn from others. The atmosphere of openness, acceptance, and mutual support encouraged an honest dialogue about the challenges that young people face in their daily lives.

We would like to thank all participants for their trust, engagement, and willingness to discuss important topics. Meetings like these help people better understand their emotional state, recognize the signs of exhaustion in a timely manner, and find ways to recover and take care of themselves.
