A support group on “queer relationships. A path to inner freedom” was held

On May 28, 2026, the Mentally.one team held a support group titled “Queer Relationships: A Path to Inner Freedom”, dedicated to exploring the internal and external factors that influence feelings of freedom, authenticity, and safety in relationships.

During the meeting, participants reflected on what freedom in relationships means to them, the values and needs that stand behind this concept, and the internal barriers or external circumstances that may prevent people from expressing themselves openly and building genuine connections. Special attention was given to the impact of stigma, social expectations, and invisible life scripts that can shape the way we view ourselves and our relationships.

The group was conducted in a format centered on open conversation and mutual support. Participants had the opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences, respond to the facilitator’s questions, or simply listen to others. This approach created a space for honest dialogue where every voice was valued and respected.

Throughout the session, participants explored their own understanding of freedom, personal boundaries, intimacy, and acceptance. The discussion helped them gain a deeper awareness of their needs in relationships, recognize their internal resources, and identify new sources of support for more authentic self-expression.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect, and support. Each participant had the opportunity to be heard without judgment or pressure, which encouraged open conversations about important personal experiences.

We would like to thank all participants for their openness, courage, and willingness to share their experiences. Meetings like these help people better understand themselves, strengthen their inner freedom, and build healthier and more conscious relationships.
