A support group in the format of free associations was held

On May 31, 2026, the Mentally.one team held a support group dedicated to exploring inner experiences through the format of free associations. The meeting provided a space for mindful observation of thoughts, images, emotions, and experiences that naturally emerged during group interaction.

A distinctive feature of the group was its open exploratory format, where participants were invited to freely express associations, inner reactions, and personal experiences without the need to evaluate, analyze, or organize them. This approach allowed participants to focus on their immediate experience and gain a deeper awareness of their inner processes.

Throughout the session, participants shared thoughts, memories, images, and feelings that arose in response to the words of others or their own reflections. The group format created an opportunity to notice unexpected connections between different aspects of personal experience and to pay attention to reactions that often remain outside the focus of everyday awareness.

Thanks to the atmosphere of trust and acceptance, participants were able to safely explore their inner world, become more familiar with their emotions, and discover new ways of understanding themselves. The absence of right or wrong answers encouraged greater sincerity and openness in communication.

The meeting took place in a warm and supportive atmosphere. Participants had the opportunity to gain a deeper awareness of their experiences, notice important inner processes, and find new points of support for further self-discovery.

We would like to thank all participants for their openness, trust, and willingness to share their experiences. Meetings like these help develop self-awareness, deepen self-understanding, and support psychological well-being.
