An online support group on psychosomatics was held
On June 1, 2026, the Mentally.one team held an online support group that served as a continuation of the previous session dedicated to psychosomatics and the connection between emotional and physical health. The meeting was facilitated by psychologist Zhanna, who helped participants deepen their understanding of how psychological processes can influence physical well-being.
During the session, participants continued exploring the relationship between emotions, stress, and the body’s responses. Special attention was given to understanding how prolonged emotional experiences, internal tension, and unexpressed emotions can be reflected in a person’s physical condition.
The group provided a space for open discussion of personal experiences and the exchange of observations. Participants had the opportunity to share their own stories, ask questions, and receive support while exploring the topic of psychosomatics.
The group format encouraged a deeper awareness of personal needs and reactions, while also helping participants better understand the signals their bodies send and the importance of emotional well-being for overall health.
The meeting took place in an atmosphere of trust, openness, and mutual support. Participants had the opportunity not only to expand their knowledge of psychosomatics but also to discover new ways of becoming more attentive to themselves and their well-being.
We would like to thank all participants for their active engagement, openness, and willingness to explore important topics together. Meetings like these help people better understand themselves, strengthen their inner resources, and maintain a healthy balance between psychological and physical well-being.
