A psychological support group for young people on the topic “My First Relationships” was held in Kyiv
On November 2, another meeting was held as part of our ongoing series of psychological support groups for young people. This time, we focused on relationships — romantic, friendly, and partnership ones.
Participants explored what closeness means to them, how to understand their own expectations in relationships, and how not to lose themselves in contact with others. Through interactive exercises and psychodramatic techniques, we examined how each of us shows up in relationships — how we react, what we feel, and what we would like to change.
The group created a safe space for open dialogue, reflection, and mutual support. Participants noted that such meetings help them better understand their emotions, establish healthy boundaries, and strengthen trust in communication.
The series of psychological meetings continues — next, we will talk about self-acceptance, restoring inner resources, and finding internal support in challenging times.
