A Support Group on “How to Replenish Your Resources” Was Held

On May 10, 2026, the Mentally.one team held a support group titled “How to Replenish Your Resources”, dedicated to identifying internal and external sources of support that help maintain psychological well-being, restore energy, and prevent emotional exhaustion.

During the meeting, participants explored their personal sources of energy and learned to better understand what helps them recover after periods of stress and intense pressure. Special attention was given to recognizing the factors that drain personal resources and finding ways to maintain a healthy balance between effort and rest.

The session combined theoretical insights with practical exercises. Participants discussed internal and external resources, the causes and stages of burnout, and different types of rest and their role in supporting mental health. Through the exercises “What Do I Need to Recover?” and “Energy Drainers: The Battery”, participants were able to reflect on their personal needs and identify factors that influence their emotional well-being.

A separate part of the group focused on identifying life priorities and completing the “Emergency Toolkit” exercise. This practice helped participants create a personalized set of resources, coping strategies, and self-support tools that they can rely on during challenging periods of life.

The meeting took place in a warm and supportive atmosphere, where everyone had the opportunity to share their experiences, listen to others, and discover new ideas for self-care. Participants gained practical tools for strengthening psychological resilience and developing a more conscious approach to their well-being.

We would like to thank all participants for their openness, trust, and active engagement. Meetings like these help people better understand their needs, replenish their resources in a timely manner, and maintain self-care even during difficult periods of life.
