An Online support group on “psychosomatics as the connection between emotional and physical health” was held
On May 25, 2026, the Mentally.one team held an online support group on the topic “Psychosomatics as the connection Bbetween emotional and physical health.” The session was facilitated by psychologist Zhanna, who helped participants better understand the relationship between emotional experiences and physical well-being.
During the meeting, participants explored how stress, anxiety, suppressed emotions, and prolonged psychological strain can affect the body. Special attention was given to how our bodies respond to inner experiences and what signals may indicate a need for rest, support, or lifestyle changes.
The group provided a space for open discussion of personal experiences and the exchange of observations regarding the interaction between psychological and physical health. Participants had the opportunity to share their thoughts, ask questions, and receive professional insights on the topic of psychosomatics.
The meeting took place in a warm and supportive atmosphere, encouraging greater awareness of personal needs and a more attentive approach to one’s well-being. Participants gained new knowledge about how emotional states can influence quality of life and what steps can help maintain a healthy balance between psychological and physical well-being.
We would like to thank all participants for their trust, openness, and active engagement. Meetings like these help people better understand themselves, take care of their health, and discover new resources to support their overall well-being.
