Psychotherapeutic support group for men

On Sunday, March 23, 2025, the next psychotherapy support group for LGBTQ+ men took place.

On March 23, our organization held a group session on “Sexuality as a Resource in the Rhythm of Life.” The event brought together participants to explore the biological, psychological, and social aspects of sexuality while debunking myths and stereotypes.

What did we discuss?

  • How our perceptions of sexuality are formed
  • Biological factors influencing sexual desire
  • Myths about sexual health and intimacy
  • Connection with one’s own body

During the session, participants engaged in interactive exercises, reflected on their personal experiences, and challenged common stereotypes.

Key takeaways:
✔ Sexuality is not just about sex—it’s about relationships, self-esteem, and self-acceptance
✔ Knowing and protecting your personal boundaries is crucial
✔ Trust and emotional comfort play a significant role in sexual satisfaction

We appreciate everyone who joined the discussion! If you have any questions or would like to participate in future sessions, stay tuned for updates on our website.

The event was held as part of the “ECO Boys – Psychology” project.
