The birthday of the Ecological Network of Ukraine. Holding a meeting and planning work directions for 2024.
Today, after several months of continuous legal work, our team received a gift from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. On February 26, 2024, our public organization “Ecological Network of Ukraine” was officially established. The Organization has been assigned an official individual number, and an application for non-profit status has been submitted to the tax authorities.
Now, all members of the Organization have legal representation according to the charter and can take actions on behalf of the Organization in accordance with the main document. To celebrate this event, our team gathered for a festive meeting to discuss and approve the work directions for 2024.
Our Membership Coordinator, Artem Natoka, prepared a small surprise, and today we all enjoyed a delicious cake with a reference to data collection and document-accounting work. The cake was shaped like an Excel sheet:
Returning to serious matters, the Ecological Network team has decided to focus on four key areas:
- Working in the field of ecology and addressing environmental issues;
- Working in the field of psychology and providing assistance to Ukrainians in accessing free psychological services for low-income groups, youth, and at-risk populations;
- Developing the environmental volunteer movement;
- Working with youth (including LGBTQI+ youth), supporting their development and inclusion in the volunteer movement.
