Psychological therapeutic support group was held in Kyiv
During the latest psychological support group, several practices were used to enhance emotional resources, self-awareness, and strengthen inner foundations:
Breathing practice.
The participants began the session with breathing exercises that helped them relax, calm down, and prepare for deeper work.
“Gallery of Healing Images” technique.
This practice facilitated a connection with one’s ancestry and roots. Participants activated their resources through the energy of their family line, strengthened their inner foundations, and felt gratitude toward significant people in their lives.
“Unhooking” technique.
This practice helped participants become aware of the present moment and reinforce their bodily experience. It contributed to greater acceptance of events occurring in their lives.
Five things I’m grateful for today.
Participants reflected on the positive moments of the day, which helped enhance feelings of gratitude and set an optimistic tone for the future.
The session contributed to emotional unloading.
