Psychotherapeutic support group for men

On April 6, 2025, a Unique Psychological Support Group for LGBTQ Men Took Place in Kyiv

Today, our warm and welcoming space hosted a support group focused on self-esteem. Together, we explored deep and important questions: What shapes the way we see ourselves? How do our inner critics show up? And how can we work with them?

The meeting lasted two hours and brought together young people who wanted to better understand themselves, overcome negative self-beliefs, and find inner strength. Despite the serious topics, the atmosphere was open, supportive — and even joyful at times.

We wrote, we drew, we shared. Through exercises and reflection, participants were able to see themselves from a new perspective. There were heartfelt discoveries and unexpected insights. One person shared at the end: “For the first time, I allowed myself to be imperfect — and it wasn’t scary. It was freeing.”

This may have been just one meeting, but it was a real step toward deeper self-acceptance. We’re grateful to everyone who joined and contributed to the shared experience.

Stay tuned for our upcoming events — there’s so much more ahead 💛
