Support Group on the Topic “Resources of Healthy Relationships”
On April 28, a support group on the topic “Resources of Healthy Relationships” was held as part of the youth psychological support project.
During the meeting, participants discussed the foundations of healthy communication, the importance of mutual understanding in relationships, and the role of emotional support in building safe interactions between people.
As part of the theoretical section of the group, participants were introduced to the key elements of effective communication, including the concepts of message, source of information, receiver, communication channels, and barriers that may affect the perception of information. The mechanisms of feedback and common difficulties arising in interpersonal interaction were also discussed.
The practical part of the meeting focused on developing conscious communication skills, improving understanding of personal reactions, and analyzing behavior patterns in relationships. Participants had the opportunity to share personal experiences, discuss important situations from their lives, and receive support from the group.
The group took place in a safe environment of mutual respect and open dialogue, where each participant could freely express their thoughts and feelings.
