Mentally.one – support groups and psychoeducational groups for marginalized youth
Within the Mentally.one platform, the organization conducts psychological support groups for young people from marginalized communities a space where you can be yourself, speak honestly, and not be left alone with your experiences.
This is a safe, confidential environment where you can:
- share what truly hurts
- hear others and feel “I’m not alone”
- receive support from both a psychologist and the group
- find more inner stability during difficult times
What we talk about
Group topics are shaped around the needs of young people, including:
- anxiety, burnout, stress, and living in times of war
- loneliness, isolation, loss of motivation
- complicated relationships, boundaries, self-esteem
- self-acceptance, identity, inner conflicts
- emotional recovery and resources for living
You are not required to speak if you are not ready. You can simply be present, listen, and take as much as feels comfortable.
How it works
- offline in Kyiv for those who can reach the city center
- online (usually via Zoom or other video platforms) for those outside Kyiv or unable to attend in person
- in small groups
- facilitated by a professional psychologist
- with clear rules of safety, respect, and confidentiality
Who it is for
For young people who:
- feel tension, fatigue, or emotional overload during wartime
- are looking for support, not top-down advice
- want to gently explore themselves and their feelings
