First Online Meeting of the Psychological Support Group

The first online meeting of the psychological support group took place, bringing participants together in a safe space for getting to know each other, sharing experiences, and restoring inner resources.

The session began with a brief introduction, during which participants shared their expectations and jointly established group guidelines. This helped create an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect from the very beginning.

As part of the meeting, psychologist Zhanna delivered a short theoretical segment using visual materials, explaining the processes that occur in the body during stress and emotional strain. This helped participants better understand their own reactions and states.

The practical part included movement-based exercises aimed at grounding and reconnecting with the body. Participants had the opportunity to focus on their sensations, notice internal changes, and better experience themselves in the “here and now.”

Special attention was given to group interaction. Exercises focused on getting acquainted and building connection helped participants open up, despite the online format and the fact that some of them were meeting for the first time.

Despite the дистанційний формат, a lively and supportive group dynamic emerged. Many participants noted that after the session they felt a boost of energy, inner strength, and motivation.

The first online meeting became an important step in expanding access to psychological support and demonstrated that even in a remote format, it is possible to create a space of trust, openness, and mutual support.
