Psychological Support Group on Resources and Inner Resilience
April 3, 2026 marked another meeting of the psychological support group, focused on exploring inner resources and restoring a sense of stability in conditions of ongoing stress and uncertainty.
Recently, participants have increasingly faced emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and a sense of overload. Therefore, the meeting aimed to help everyone pause, listen to themselves, and find answers to important questions: what gives them the strength to keep going and what supports them in difficult moments.
During the session, a safe and supportive space was created where participants could share their experiences and feelings without fear of judgment. The group worked in a gentle format using various practices:
- participants engaged with associative cards, which helped them better express their emotions and inner states;
- they worked in pairs, practicing attentive listening and mutual support;
- they contributed to creating a shared art space as a way to safely process emotions.
This format allowed each participant to find their own pace of involvement and level of openness, which is especially important when working with sensitive topics.
The meeting served as a reminder of the importance of pausing and taking care of oneself, even in challenging times. Participants were able not only to better understand their needs but also to feel that they are not alone in their experiences.
