Regular psychological therapeutic support group held in Kyiv

Regular psychological therapeutic support group for women who have experienced trauma from violence (including representatives of the LGBTIQ community) was held in Kyiv. Practices were conducted aimed at improving the emotional state, awareness of life meanings and mutual support in the group:

  1. Breathing practice.
    Participants began the meeting with a breathing exercise that helped them relax, relieve emotional tension and tune in to productive work.
  2. Practice “one life”.
    During this practice, participants explored their life meanings in the conditions of a new reality. They expressed their emotions, looked for new ways of interacting with the world and realized their uniqueness and significance. This contributed to increasing flexibility and adaptability.
  3. Exchange of experiences.
    Participants took turns sharing positive and negative experiences of the past week, as well as their reactions to these events. the rest of the group supported the speakers, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding.

The meeting took place in a warm atmosphere, contributing to emotional release and the development of important skills of self-knowledge and support.
